Hi, Can a MOD help to resolve unable to get access to my BT Sport app now. It's telling me app not linked to account.
I've always had access to BT Sport incl app since been with BT for over 10+ years.
Have check on MYBT and there seems be an issue " Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment"
When I try see manage product(s) TV & Sport.
I spoke with retentions back in May, did not go ahead with new contract offer but decided to remain with my existing products. I think this may have something to do with problem.
You help would be appreciated on this matter.
