Hi there,
When I use the BT Sport app on Fire TV Stick (3rd gen), the app itself works fine, but I am only able to watch a programme for about 3 seconds before the screen goes black - but the sound continues playing. I have reinstalled the app - no change. And I have checked the Fire is fully updated - it is.
Does anybody have this same problem, or know how to solve? (I have searched and could not find this solution to this particular issue on another post)
