BT Sports Monthly Pass error: id003


Hello, I purchased the BT Sports Pass, I received a confirmation saying I should be able to watch it in 15 minutes to an hour, it has been 2 and a half hours and it's still not been activated. They had sent me an email to confirm my email address and when I click on it, it takes me to a page that asks me to add my billing account. I am unable do that as I have also not been sent my account number. I have tried to find it using the ways recommended by BT, but I still don't have it.

Thanks for posting about your sports pass. I'm sorry you're having problems getting it activated. Our customer service team will be ale to give you your account number, you'll just need to answer a few validation questions. You can contact them on 0800 800 150. Let me know how you get on.
