BT TV via TP-Link Extender

Hey

Im planning to buy the Big Sports package from BT TV but I was wondering will it work if Im using a TP-Link extender in my living room for TV.

Im currently on Fibre 2 broadband (fastest in my area), but the only BT socket is in the kitchen and the wifi is poor in living room thats why I use the extender.

Will the BT TV box work if I connect it via the extender?

Hi @MattKlis welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it might work but BT wouldn't be able to provide technical support if there were any issues. We recommend using BT mini connectors if wifi or an ethernet cable isn't an option and you can request these for a discounted price as part of the order process.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the mini connectors are sold out on BT's website. Could I get them at a discounted price when ordering my new BT TV package?
