I have recently gone over to full fibre.
I used to be able to cast from the sport app to chromecast ultra in 4K but on occasions it buffered hence a good reason to go over to full fibre.
I can no longer cast in 4K to chromecast ultra it instead reverts to BT Sport 1 instead of ultimate.
I did manage to get it to work for approx 5 minutes after rebooting the hub.
There is sometimes a fault code CC_S6001 but I cannot find a record of a code online.
I have contacted Google and they say it is an app problem not them.
Prime and Netflix work fine in 4K.

Search through the forums as I think this question has been discussed before and it's something to do with certain versions of Chromecast and the BT Sport app security protocols If I recall
The chromecast ultra is in a cinema room.
It was ultimate live broadcasts of rugby.
