BTSport on PS4 - error ID153

Hi, every time I try and log into my btsport app on the PS4, it keeps coming up with error code ID153. I have tried to log in multiple times and restarted both the app and the PlayStation several times.

It can't find an active subscription on your BT ID. Have you just resumed your BT Sport monthly pass? There's currently a backlog processing accounts.
