I have bt sport monthly pass, but when i go to cancel i log in to my bt with the same id for bt sport. Go to my Products and it just says add an Account i can’t see anywhere monthly pass to cancel.

Sorry you're unable to cancel the Monthly Pass online. Do you have more than 1 account on your BTID?
Is the Monthly pass recently set up or have you used it in previous months and it has worked ok?

Yep I only have one BtID and I’ve had it for about 3 weeks, first time having the monthly pass and wanted to see how easy I can cancel it. So it’s looking a little bit of a con

It should be easy to cancel the renewal of the Monthly Pass. It sounds like something has gone wrong so I've sent you a Private Message and we'll help you with this.

Hi @Robmun, I can confirm that the account to set up the BT Sport Monthly Pass never completed. It may have been cancelled early enough to prevent the order completing.
