Sorry you're not able to access BT Sport. It sounds like you've signed up for the BT Sport Monthly Pass. 

If so have what happens when you try to login with your details?
What device are you trying to access on?

Hi John yes it is the monthly pass, I tried to log on with the PlayStation 4 BT app and on the fire cube BT app and neither worked I have vodaphone broadband.

just found out the money they have taken has turned into £50 credit on my account but I still can’t access BT sport monthly.  Any solutions?

Hi @Silvious, thanks for posting back.

Are you using a BTID that you've previously used to create your account?

Does your address contain both a name (e.g a building name) and a number?

Does your email address include a + symbol?
