I'm currently on hold with customer services - approximate wait 20 minutes....
why private message? why not help us all with this issue?
Hi @bellaboo, it's the BT Sport Monthly Pass that should be able to be managed online. As you were offered an option to upgrade it sounds like it's not the Monthly Pass you have and the customer service team will be able to help you with this.
