I've just had IPC6023 error - tried everything -reset router ( BT box already linked via ethernet cable) reset BT box -nothing has resolved the issue - any suggestions

Sorry that you're seeing error code IPC-6023. Do you get a black screen with the error or is the channel pixelated (along with the error code)?
