How do I get around having no option to add HD channels for BT sport when viewing my products in My BT?

Do you have any open orders on your account at the moment? If so you will find the option will be available once this order is completed.

Thank you for the reply. The open order is to upgrade the broadband to Fibre 500. The option for HD wasn’t shown before this order, but here’s hoping it is once this broadband order is completed.
Unfortunately I won’t find out until the end of the month, when the engineer is scheduled.
