I also have had this problem. I want to cancel my BT Sport Montly Pass, but the cancel button is shaded out. If I click it I get the message "Sorry you can't cancel at this time. Please try again later". There's more information telling me that my first payment needs to be processed before I can cancel, but it has been processed - four days ago - and my bank account has been debited. According to information on the site I should be able to cancel at any time. Help?
