Hi @NeilO Same problem here, cancel subscription button has been disabled but payment has come out ages ago. Can you please assist in getting this cancelled for me, thank you.

Hi @scottbot, thanks for getting in touch and you've now been opted out of the renewal of the monthly pass. Your subscription will end on 16.03.23. No further payments will be taken and you can keep using the app until this date.

I have the same problem. I contacted bt last month who said I wouldn't be charged again but I have . Please see my post of 13.3.23. saxakev
