Ignore that - I've checked the logs.
I wasn't previously aware that hardware acceleration is REQUIRED for BT Sport Ultimate, so unfortunately if the hardware doesn't support it then it won't work.
I've confirmed that all attempts at Ultimate from all Samsung A53 devices have failed, so the device isn't capable of playing it (despite claiming it is). I've therefore blacklisted that device - it'll no longer offer the HDR stream.
