I can’t access what I have paid for on my Samsung Smart tv, I.e. can’t add discovery+ app. I have used the issue with BT and they have suggested a YouTube video to resolve the issue without success.

The Discovery+ app is available on Samsung Smart TV's from 2017 or later. What is the problem exactly?

You need the link from MYBT to activate discovery plus otherwise it will not be free
