I am writing this post in relation to the BT Monthly Pass which i am trying to cancel my subscription for.
Everytime i try to cancel the subscription it keeps coming up with a message in red saying:
Solved! Go to Solution.

Sorry for the error message you've seen on your MyBT profile. I have went ahead and placed an order for you to stop the BT Sport monthly pass. You'll have access until 4th November. I have also sent you a private message confirming what we talked about in full.
