Urgent: BT Monthly Pass won't cancel

Good Afternoon All,

I am writing this post in relation to the BT Monthly Pass which i am trying to cancel my subscription for.

Everytime i try to cancel the subscription it keeps coming up with a message in red saying: 

"Something has gone wrong

Sorry, the cancellation has not been successful. Please try again later"
 
This message has been coming up for numerous days now. I only have one account with BT. I have rang BT themselves and they don't know what the issue is either.

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me today.

Sorry for the error message you've seen on your MyBT profile.  I have went ahead and placed an order for you to stop the BT Sport monthly pass.  You'll have access until 4th November.  I have also sent you a private message confirming what we talked about in full.

I'll go ahead and close this off today, as agreed.
