Hi @brian_s_paterson, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting this error when trying to set a password for your Now TV account. I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do.
Are you able to watch the subscribed channels ok via the tv guide on your BT TV box?
Have you previously had a Now account?
