Hi
I’ve been trying to add HD to my package online. It lets me place in basket and get as far as going to complete the order but then comes up with
“ sorry, somethings gone wrong, Our system is having a little trouble processing your details,”
I have tried using iPad and phone with the same result. I can’t phone as my mobile does not allow 0800 numbers and there doesn’t seem to be a chat option available.
Has anyone any ideas what to do!
