Add on HD

Hi

I’ve been trying to add HD to my package online. It lets me place in basket and get as far as going to complete the order but then comes up with 

“ sorry, somethings gone wrong, Our system is having a little trouble processing your details,” 

I have tried using iPad and phone with the same result. I can’t phone as my mobile does not allow 0800 numbers and there doesn’t seem to be a chat option available. 
 Has anyone any ideas what to do! 
any help would be greatly appreciated.  Wendy

Hi @Wlev, thanks for your PM and for speaking with me earlier. The HD add-on has been added and is working now.
