Discovery+ pass

Hi, I received notice that I can access Discovery+ as I have a BT Sport account. I used the link to activate Discovery+ using my BT Sport details but cannot access the content. I have tried via laptop, Now TV Roku box, and even the Discovery+ app on games console. When trying to watch through an app through the games console or Roku box, I get a message saying "Upgrade to watch - You can manage subscriptions through BT" (which I cant even find on my BT account, although it does say that my Discovery+ has been activated on there). When i try to watch through the Discovery+ website online, it says "contact provider to watch".
I can't find anything about how to fix this, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could you please email me at tv.apps@bt.com with the username you're trying to log into the Discovery+ app with. I'll ask them to fix your account.
