Eurosport (channels 412 & 413) have disappeared from EPG, I can only watch using BT TV app. Software is updated and box has been reset but still cannot watch on TV unless I cast from the BT TV app.
How can this be resolved?

Thanks for sending over your details, I'm really sorry the Euro sport channels are not showing in the EPG. I've raised a case with a BT TV specialist team and I hope they will take a look at this for you tomorrow. As soon as I have an update I'll get back in touch.
