I have been paying £5 for the BT Everywhere with Extra Box service for years, but haven't actually used it for some time. I just changed my contract and asked them to remove it from my package - my new contract documents have arrived and it's still there!
Is there an easy way to request for this to be removed online? I'd like to avoid another phone call and long wait on hold is there's an easier way to do it.
