Live Test Cricket

Go to solution

I have just subscribed to BT Sport because it says...

"With the BT Sport Monthly Pass you can watch Test,
ODI and T20 cricket, for just £29.99 per month."

But the schedule does not seem to show the Ashes starting tomorrow.

Have I misunderstood something?

Thanks, Jim

You need to subscribe to Sky Sports if you want to watch The Ashes live. There’s TMS on the BBC for live radio commentary and the BBC will also show highlights each evening around 7pm. BT Sport do show cricket and currently have the rights to cricket from Australia, New Zealand and the West Indies during the winter. They also showed the recent Test series between India and Australia in India.

Thanks for the swift reply.

I had a sneaky suspicion that BT had tricked me into subscribing.

Do you know the best way for me to get a refund?

Thanks, Jim

I don’t think that you’ve been tricked. You made an assumption without checking the details first. Perhaps a moderator on here will be able to assist with a refund for you.

Hi @hergestjim, sorry that the Monthly Pass did not contain the cricket you expected.
We'll be happy to look into this further for you. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team.

Cheers

John
