Lost Big Sport HD Channels when trying to upgrade TV package

I have the big sport package and pay an extra £6 for HD.

BT were offering me 7 days free Now Cinema and then £9.99 a month as an add on. I decided to take advantage of this and subscribed via my BT account page.

However as a result of this I have now lost "my Big Sport HD and can now only watch in SD. Now cinema is also only in SD.

I tried to upgrade to HD  using the pro box but it said there was an error and to contact BT.

I spoke to three different people yesterday and none were able to resolve the issue and it has now been "escalated" and it could take five days to resolve. 

Any one else had this issue?

I think that this has been a known issue for a while and I assume that adding or removing NOW channels both result in the HD being lost.

I've raised a complaint with BT, so hopefully it may get resolve soon, although I won't hold my breath.

I think that it’s extremely poor on BT’s part that this hasn’t been resolved by now. I would hope that those that have been affected by it will have been compensated handsomely.
