Hi.
Is it possible to cancel the NOW TV part of the BT Entertainment package, as I've realised we don't actually watch any of the channels?

Go to MyBT > Your Products > TV and Sport and click Manage... Choose the pack that you want....
If you're in contract, you can change your package monthly but you have to keep at least one pack running for the duration of your contract.
