NOW tv email address not recognised

Hi - I recently signed up to BT tv including sports and various other channels through NOW tv. I received an email from BT to set up my NOW tv account and gave my NOW tv email address (same as BT one) and a link to set it up but when I click the link and enter the email address for NOW tv that was given it says ‘we couldn’t identify you. Please check and try again’. 

Any help here would be great

Hi @miketaylor89, sorry you can't access the Now app. If you're looking access over the weekend you would be best to call us on 0330 1234 150.

If you can wait a few days or don't get the help you need when you call I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you.
