Can you help please Iv been waiting for my Netflix activation email but nothing at the moment.
Iv tried the link http://www.bt.com/bttv/netflix but I can't get this to work on different Internet applications.
Netflix still says add a payment method.
Iv spoken to 4 members of the BT team but still nothing.
