BT Pro box not showing BT Sport 4k (ch433)

I have the exact same problem . Old 4K box works fine. New pro box does not show 433. Black screen. I’ve have new pro box sent. They’ve even renewed my contract. Crazy.
move had I think 10+ calls now with BT.
Can someone help please?

Yea done all the resets. And had amother pro box sent too. No change.

Are  you using an amp out of interest?

I am using a sound bar that is connected to HDMI #4 on my TV. No amp direct connection to the pro box

Ah ok sorry I can’t help then in that case. My issue turned out to be that my Yamaha RX-V1073 doesn't have HDMI 2.0 or HDCP 2.2 so won't pass through true 4K it would pass through a basic 4K/30 signal. This seemed to mean that the 4K channel would show fine from the old box but not on the new bt pro box so I assumed they have different 4K specs ? I got around it by plugging the bt pro box straight into the tv. Obviously you are already doing this
