Hi all,
I am having the same problem when I try to activate my now account (included in a new BT TV and fibre package).
I have called BT a few times over the last few days, but they haven't solved the problem yet.
I signed up for the service using a Gmail account, the same I use for my bt account and for Netflix. Netflix already send me an email to switch my account to BT, but the activation of now doesn't work..
It is very frustrating, my service activation was supposed to be on the 23rd Feb, but I understand that now online should have been worked straight away when I signed up (17th Feb). My order still shows as open and apparently that's the problem.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Julio
Solved! Go to Solution.
I am using the email address that I used to sign up for BT TV service. I don't really want to use an alternative email address when this is a systems issue on the BT side.
Is there anything that you guys can do to fix the problem? I have been told the order needs to be completed.
Thanks, Julio
Thanks for getting back @JulioP
I'll take a look at this for you. I've dropped you a private message so please reply and we'll take it from there.
Cheers
David
Thank you David,
I have replied to the PM.
I've got a text from BT today asking me to call.
When I call they say there is a problem with my order, and I was like, I already raised that with you more than a week ago and you haven't done anything about it despite me calling for updates every day.
Honestly this is agony, how can this be so bad?
What do they need to do to sign me up for NOW? I thought it should be something quick..
Hi @JulioP
Thanks for posting. I've took over your complaint.
Keep an eye on your email asking you to create an email for NOW TV.
Thanks
Stuart
Thank you very much Stuart.
I've got the email from NOW and I am currently setting up the product.. this is so exciting!
Thanks again, much appreciated, Julio
Hi @JulioP
Brilliant glad to hear it, are you happy enough for me to go ahead and close that complaint as resolved?
Cheers
Stuart

Thanks again, Julio
