Hi @davesandbach,
I wanted to let you know that the first step in our ORDI process has happened. Their automatic system, known as the ORDI robot, hasn't identified a problem with your address details. I've had to raise a ticket directly to Openreach so that they manually pick this up for us. As soon as I have an update, I'll be in touch with you. At this stage, it will be early next week.

The address has been completely corrected at Openreach's end now.
