Moved from BT to Community Fibre - BQM comparison

Hey,

Moved to Community Fibre, please see the difference in the line below. Anyone know why this is? With BT FTTP I had constant lags, more then a few people on Teams it would cause disconnections etc.

Thought it was the Wi-Fi but the saw wired devices being dropped out at the time e.g. CCTV Network DVR Connection, Apple TV wired YouTube stream would stop.

Same home network with Community Fibre, no issues.

Now suffering with BT £250 cancellation fees

Re: Moved from BT to Community Fibre - BQM comparison

Even Community Fibre offer a contended service, then compare the number of total users on the network. I'm assuming both Openreach and CF follow the same 30 (max) users per splitter.

Then users have  to get on the network back at the head end. As CF are an AltNet demand on there backhaul will be lower than Openreach's.

That said Openreach have the capacity to expand, do the AltNets?

From what I could see CF seem to have a much fast upload speed than BT, but similar download speeds.  Found this side by side comparison.
