Email, compose address not working

Thank you for the update! It's good to know that all our messages on this thread and the several other ones on the same subject, have not been ignored! For the time being I will continue to use the Ecosia browser for emailing, until they have managed to implement a fix.

I like Firefox too, but have Google Chrome as well so tend to open BT on that. When I spoke to a BT person they recommended Chrome as a better option. So they know there is an incompatibility with Firefox .

My Generation6 iPad does not easily download new mail. Suspect it is more to do with Apple not supporting the version.  The BT person I mentioned this too said it was an Apple issue.  Solution....I have ordered a new iPad

I'm getting fed up with Firefox. I have used it almost since day 1. It used to be streets ahead of anything else but now there are more and more problems with it. Two sites this week have not worked, but double checking on Chrome proved it was a Firefox problem. It's becoming untrustworthy. Also, my default home page is Google, but I'm lucky if that successfully loads 30% of the time on starting my laptop. Firefox need to up their game and test new s/w updates more thoroughly instead of just adding needless 'features'. The new 'free' VPN is cr@p too!

@Kimberlin no not yet thanks. I have Edge and Chrome as backups on my laptop. I did try  DuckDuckGo when it launched but found that was pretty hopeless.  Thanks again.

@Trinovantes  I can only suggest you give it a go. I used to be a Firefox user all the time and then about a year ago, I swapped to Brave. Haven’t looked back. On a personal level, it’s a superior browser in my opinion, but it might not suit everyone.
