I live in a fairly small cul-de-sac which has recently had a lot of BT Openreach engineers laying fibre.
The house opposite me (and it's across a small cul-de-sac road and now a 2 lane highway!) is maybe about 15 to 20 metres away - it can get Fibre 100/300/900, but when I use the BT checker I can't get any of these. Various other houses can also get fibre, but this one is closest, so best example.
My question is this, why can't I get these services into my property? Is there anyone / anywhere I can go to get this explained? Many thanks.

You could try the FTTP team. 0800 587 4787
Only Openreach would be able to tell you whether fibre is available.
BT Openreach do not exist, its just Openreach.
Thank you for this advice!
I spoke to the team who advised that I could indeed get these products. They kindly completed a form for Openreach so I hope to be able to order my upgrade in a week or 2.
Good result!
