The speed to the hub will vary, depending on the number of customers connected.
Your physical connection (sync) speed will remain fairly constant, as that is dependent on the actual line conditions, which should not change very much, unless there is a line fault.
So...looks like there is a big fluctuation ... as you can see its 149/192/182 ..etc etc.. and 24/27...
Shall I report a line fault and ask them to come and investigate ?

Overall connection speeds are likely to drop, as more customers get connected, and crosstalk is increased. You may have been getting a faster speed before, but that is no longer possible.
