BT Parental Controls not working

My BT Parental controls are switched on with "Light" filters. I wanted to block a specific website so I added it to the list of blocked sites but no matter what I did, the parental controls were not blocking the site. I then ran a quick test and tried accessing a site that should *definitely* not be allowed at any time and it let me on without issue. I can only conclude, therefore, that the controls have stopped working entirely. I know other users have had the same issue so how do I go about getting this sorted?
