BT SMART HUB 2FLASHING PURPLE
Hello everyone,for the last two weeks the smart hub 2 has shown a flashing purple ring on 4 separate days,sometimes once a day sometimes twice,never happened before.Oh.. as I speak it’s happening again,3rd time today.Always rebooting the router due to Sky q problems,different subject,but any idea what the fault is if any.Many thanks.

If rebooting is only a temporary solution then try a factory reset.
