Our BT Youview box is not working properly.
All of our subscription channels are showing as a black screen.
Freeview & Apps are working and internet is working.
We’ve rebooted the box, rebooted our internet, retuned the channels, and checked our software is up to date.
Any ideas on a resolution please?

What subscription channels/package do you have?
How is your BT TV box connected to the hub?

we ended up having to do a factory reset and just lost our recordings & it fixed the problem.
