Had email saying my broadband connection was ready. Checked the hub and its flashing purple. Checked the cords were all connected properly and still not working.
I'm connected using the white extension thing as the port in my house is a phone line connection point. I don't have any other connection points in my house.
What am I doing wrong??

if you connect a landline phone do you get a dial tone?

I have followed all the steps to setting it up and checked the wires are all connected correctly.
I don't have a landline phone, only broadband.
