At some point in August 2021 the Internet signal received weakened. The BT wifi disc - does now not always receive a signal whereas prior to August it always received a signal.
The BT Broadband extender 600 that has an Ethernet connection to the BT Box has had to be moved 3meters closer to the extender connected to the hub because the signal does not reach the BT TV Box.

Hi @Dillosuc welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to see you're having problems with your wifi, it works as a radio signal so interference from other nearby wifi signals or electrical interference can impact its performance.
If you have a complete wifi subscription you can request up to 3 discs by following the Broadband troubleshooter online or via the MyBT app and an additional disc should help improve the wifi reach around your home.
If you have problems getting this stored with the troubleshooter the broadband faults team can also organise additional discs to be sent to you. Post back and let me know how you get on.
