Hi @Rob9366, thanks for posting and I've checked with our TV team and the Now Sports Day membership is still available.

Yes but it’s not available on the website as add ons so it must be a mistake from them.

@Rob9366 Did you try calling the number provided in Message 4 to see if they can manually add the day pass for you in the meantime?

No I didn’t ring number as was working past couple days but think I’ve managed to buy day pass on now tv website instead and it gets billed to BT anyway. So think I’ve sorted it now. Thanks.
