I can't login to myBT to pay my bill, because I've changed my email since I last logged in.
Have you tried using your old log on user details and password?
Have you called BT 0800.800.150 to see if they can assist?
I've tried using my old details and my BT account number... still no joy
Also tried to ring up 0800 800 150, but no answers the phone
Hi @gort1, sorry you can't access your MyBT to pay the bill. Try Pay Your Bill Online and look at the section to make a payment without a BTID and see how you get on.
