Hello all, I have recently upgraded my broadband from Full Fibre 300 to Full Fibre 900. My download speed has gone up to the correct speed but upload still has the 50mb cap. I also have 4 mobile sims (under my family sim account) and only one sim has had the halo benefit applied? What’s the quickest way to get this resolved with out spending hours in a queue waiting to get through to a call centre.
Hours in a queue? You've got to love the over-exaggeration on here at times.............
In any case the orders team will likely be the best bet for the mobile data issue
I phoned customer services last Friday and it took 1 hour and 40 mins before my call was answered so maybe not hours but not far off.
