Can I buy / pay for fttp from the exchange to my property before it comes to my area? If it is possible is there a link or site that will facilitate this?
Thanks in advance
Are you a business user, if not, then its not possible.
Either way, its very expensive.

As already said, most things are possible if you have deep enough pockets, BT don’t ‘sell’ FTTPod , but if it’s available, you would need to use an ISP that does offer Openreach FTTP , you would pay for the construction of the FTTP network to your property , so expect a charge potentially in the 10’s of thousands ££, or a fibre leased line , again normally aimed at business and relatively expensive compared to regular domestic broadband prices.

enter your phone number here, it will show if FTTPod is available , leased lines can be had for individuals as well as business , but not really aimed at them , the equipment ( for example ) is designed to fit in a 19 inch server rack, if interested you would need to speak to a ‘leased line’ provider
Plus if FTTPoD is not available then you can create a community group to pay for FTTP to be installed to your community - some government voucher schemes may also help contribute to the cost of the installation.
