My son gifted employee bt broadband and tv to me some time ago. I have just been advised of the new bt tv packages on offer, but I am unable to process an order online. Any advice on how to overcome this would be useful

I no longer work for BT, but when I did all changes to "Employee Options" as they were called had to be done on the internal Intranet. They could not be done via the internet or by phone.
Your son will probably have to do this on your behalf.

What @Paul608085 has said is correct, any changes would need to be made by your Son through the Employees Benefits Webpage, using the internal Intranet.
