Halo 3

Hi All, 

Allegedly we are signed up to Halo 3 but we have a Smart Hub 2

Should we be getting a new Hub?

I ask becuase our broadband is appalling and on Monday a 3rd Engieer is coming to visit and just wondering if the Halo 3 and Smart Hub 2 are not compatible.

The Smart Hub 2 is the latest hub from BT, it's provided with all broadband packages.
Halo 3 gives extra benefits on top of the broadband packages.

What ever issue you have is not connected to having Halo 3 or a Smart Hub 2, hopefully the engineer resolves on their visit.
