Hi All,
have just joined BT and somehow have 2 accounts in my account. Unfortunately the default account that shows is the "wrong" one. How do I delete it to just allow the correct one to show?
When I select the correct one and go back to my.bt.com it defaults to the wrong one.

try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and they should be able to help you
Hi @sjaddy welcome to the forum. Did you call in and get the old account removed from your MyBT ok?
