From the dslchecker your speed range is 47/32mb and according to hub stats you have bottom range 32mb

is there any line noise?

Sorry for the long reply, I believe its number 4. I dont know what to do about it tbh, its like the router prioritizes streaming netflix etc and whenever someone streams something my ping is so unstable on games. 100 ping makes games frustrating to pay especially when we pay so much for our broadband.
