Hmm, your stats don't look particularly good, it looks as though DLM has probably banded your line due to instability, your uptime is only just over a day. Are you connected to the master socket? Is there any noise on your line with a quiet line test (17070) made from the test socket behind the removable faceplate of the master socket with preferably a corded phone. However, that said, in reality you are going to struggle to get 9M upload speed.

PS no need to blank out the username, it is generic to every hub 😀

Looking at the chart, it appears that BT have set a ceiling at 7.2 mbps even though the account is sold at 6-9 and so therefore, it is an unattainable goal.

Your hub stats show you are using a business hub not the residential SH2

If business hub and business user then username not generic
