This is better, sorry! B-)
It was actually the stats from the hub I was asking for, but the checker result was also required anyway.
Thank you - it's a technical challenge but interesting if it provides a solution. Here are the stats and thank you for your patience:

As you are using a business hub are you a BT business user?
neither
Hmm, your stats don't look particularly good, it looks as though DLM has probably banded your line due to instability, your uptime is only just over a day. Are you connected to the master socket? Is there any noise on your line with a quiet line test (17070) made from the test socket behind the removable faceplate of the master socket with preferably a corded phone. However, that said, in reality you are going to struggle to get 9M upload speed.
PS no need to blank out the username, it is generic to every hub 😀

it is home/domestic although I am trying to engage a job to work from home and I have until 9 am tomorrow morning to resolve it to be employed again
Looking at the chart, it appears that BT have set a ceiling at 7.2 mbps even though the account is sold at 6-9 and so therefore, it is an unattainable goal.
Back to the CV... thank you for your help all anyway B-)
Your hub stats show you are using a business hub not the residential SH2
If business hub and business user then username not generic
